  • Content Repurposing: Take longer‑form podcast content and create short, shareable pieces that maximize engagement on social media.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines and ensure that all video content adheres to the desired style and tone.
  • Feedback Incorporation: Collaborate with senior team members to review edits and make necessary changes based on feedback.
  • Staying Updated with Trends: Keep up‑to‑date with the latest trends in social media video content and podcasting to ensure all edits are current, creative, and engaging.
  • Dynamic Videos: We are constantly looking for ways to improve our content and we believe that motion graphics is the next step.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3–4 years of experience in video editing that must include podcast and/or social media content.
  • Software Knowledge: Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or similar tools. Familiarity with audio editing software (e.g., Audition or Audacity) is a plus.
  • Understanding of Social Media Platforms: Knowledge of best practices for video content on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in video and audio editing to ensure professional‑quality content.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and work independently, generating new ideas for video content.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to work effectively with the team and understand project needs.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio or reel showcasing your work, especially related to podcasting or social content.

  • Familiarity with video color grading.
  • Knowledge of podcasting trends and what makes content engaging for podcast listeners.
Benefits
  • $70‑80k salary.
  • Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Unlimited Vacation, and more.
