We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and professional Summer Intern to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in a dynamic government contracting environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to executive-level decision-making, business operations, and strategic initiatives supporting U.S. Government programs. The intern will work closely with the COO and senior leadership, contributing to high-impact projects across operations, growth, and corporate priorities.
This position is expected to be two days a week for up to six weeks.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Support the COO with day-to-day operational priorities and special projects
  • Assist in preparing executive briefings, reports, and presentations
  • Conduct research and analysis on business operations, market trends, and government contracting topics
  • Help track key initiatives, action items, and strategic priorities across the organization
  • Coordinate and document internal meetings, including capturing notes and follow-ups
  • Assist in developing process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Support cross-functional coordination with program management, finance, HR, and business development
  • Prepare materials for leadership reviews, customer engagements, and planning sessions

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years in secondary education from an accredited university; minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
