Geotab is seeking a Sales Systems & Data Governance intern who will work on data cleansing, data governance and updating records in Salesforce. What you'll do:

As a Sales Systems & Data Governance Intern, your key area of responsibility will be to synchronize and update data from Geotab's internal systems to Salesforce records, assisting with data cleansing and data governance activities. You will need to work closely with Geotab's Revenue Operations teams. 

To be successful in this role you will have a strong work ethic, an eagerness to jump in and help fix things, strong communication skills and a positive attitude. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong proficiency in Google Workspace, experience using CRM systems, and strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and discrepancies. The successful candidate will also be able to manage multiple timelines and contrasting priorities to ensure timely results.

The opportunity:
  • 8 - 12 month work-term beginning January 2027.

How you'll make an impact:
  • Data cleansing and Salesforce system updates to support data integrity and revenue operations
  • Build intelligent dashboards and reports in Salesforce to drive sales insights and forecasting
  • Audit and standardize existing sales processes, workflows, and system configurations
  • Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to implement solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for processes, training materials, and system configurations
  • Leverage AI tooling - or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn - to automate tasks, surface insights, and increase team productivity
What you'll bring to the role:
  • Completing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively multi-task.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Familiar with G Suite / MS Office Suite: Docs/MS Word: Formatting and Styles, Sheets/MS Excel: Formatting tables.
  • Demonstrates good judgment, effective problem solving and can prioritize tasks appropriately.

  • Self-motivated to complete work.
