Job description

Hispanic Family Foundation is seeking a motivated and mission-driven Intern to support our growing programs and community initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit operations, community outreach, and program development while making a meaningful impact in the lives of local families.
Responsibilities
Interns may assist with a variety of projects, including:
โ€ข Supporting HFF community programs and events
โ€ข Assisting with outreach to families, volunteers, and community partners
โ€ข Helping coordinate children's activities and family programs
โ€ข Assisting with social media, newsletters, and communications
โ€ข Helping with event planning
โ€ข Data entry and maintaining program records or contact databases
โ€ข Assisting with general office duties such as organizing materials, filing, preparing mailings, and administrative support
โ€ข Supporting the HFF team with day-to-day nonprofit operations
Qualifications
โ€ข Passion for serving families and strengthening communities
โ€ข Strong communication and organizational skills
โ€ข Attention to detail and ability to complete administrative tasks accurately
โ€ข Ability to work independently and collaboratively
โ€ข Interest in nonprofit work, education, social services, or community leadership
โ€ข Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
โ€ข Comfortable working with children and families
