We are currently hiring an enthusiastic and motivated Charity Events Assistant (Entry-Level) to support the planning and execution of charity events, nonprofit fundraisers, and community outreach programs.

Position Overview
As a Charity Events Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting mission-driven events that raise awareness, engage local communities, and support nonprofit fundraising initiatives. You will work closely with event coordinators and team members to ensure successful event execution from setup through completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of charity and fundraising events
  • Support on-site event logistics and day-of event coordination
  • Help manage volunteers and assist with event operations

  • Handle event registration, guest sign-ins, and participant coordination
  • Collect attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting and campaign tracking

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
