Appointment Setter
Clay Cooley Auto Group is seeking energetic, customer-focused Appointment Setters (BDC Agents) to help create strong first impressions and schedule appointments for our dealerships.
Our Appointment Setters play a key role in managing incoming calls and online leads, coordinating appointments, and following up with potential customers to help drive dealership traffic and sales. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, relationship-driven, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Role Responsibilities
Appointment Setting & Customer Requests
  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, as well as internet inquiries.
  • Communicate with potential customers to answer questions, provide information, and schedule dealership appointments.

Lead Management & Follow-Up
  • Use CRM and lead management tools to update customer records, monitor interest, and manage incoming inquiries.
  • Contact internet leads and previous customers to set or confirm appointments and resolve outstanding concerns.

Support Revenue Opportunities
  • Coordinate with dealership teams to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient service scheduling.
  • Inform prospective and current customers about promotions, specials, and incentive programs.

Employee Prerequisites
  • Complete the onboarding process within a few days of applying.
  • General automotive product knowledge: pay is based on experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficient computer and phone abilities.
  • Familiarity with automotive CRM software is a plus.
