About Us
We design & build off-grid vehicles with the comfort and aesthetic of a real home, for people to live and experience the outdoors with. Our sales team is growing quickly, and were looking for a proactive, driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us manage and qualify a high volume of inbound leads.

Role Overview
As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your mission is to qualify leads, respond to inquiries, and ensure our sales team can focus on the most promising opportunities. Youll handle initial conversations via phone, email, and live chat, schedule first meetings, and follow up to keep potential customers engaged.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Qualify prospects to ensure they are a fit for our premium RVs.
  • Schedule and conduct introductory calls or meetings before passing opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Respond to and return phone voicemails in a timely manner.
  • Manage live chat conversations to provide quick and helpful responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM tool Hubspot/ .
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and continuous improvement of the qualification process.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and customer trends.

Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or lead qualification role.
  • Strong communication skills. Both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable speaking with a wide variety of customers over the phone and online.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in the RV, automotive, or outdoor lifestyle industries is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or others) is preferred.
  • Willing to work weekends.
