Are you passionate, adventurous, collaborative and impactful? Join GoldBug, a privately held woman-owned company setting the industry standard for safe and quality products. GoldBug is one of the largest branded suppliers of infant and children's apparel and accessories in the US. You can gain hands-on experience while getting academic credit through an Operations Internship with a family-owned company that has been around almost 60 years.
The Operations Intern will gain practical exposure to retail operations, inventory management, and large-scale account support within a collaborative office environment. This internship is structured to complement academic coursework and provide meaningful learning opportunities through shadowing, guided projects, and real-world observation.
This internship is unpaid and intended for students who will receive academic credit through their college or university. Training, mentorship, and feedback are core components of the experience.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Support Closeout inventory management, running and managing master presentation and customer communication
  • Walmart weekly reporting and ad hoc reporting as required
  • Walmart item setup, set orders, and in season inventory management.
  • Support Walmart style order tracking during Greenline meetings
  • Inventory strategy through Walmart allocation control understanding of current and future inventory timing
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
