What you will do:
We are looking for a SAP Inventory Management and Materials Management Configuration Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP Inventory Management (IM) and Materials Management (MM) along with extensive experience in configuration and implementation. You will be responsible for leading SAP IM and MM configurations, ensuring optimal processes, and promoting a collaborative environment.
How you will do it:
  • Lead the configuration of SAP IM and MM modules to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in SAP.
  • Work closely with SAP Finance, Procurement, Plan to Fulfill, and other teams to ensure seamless integration.

What we look for:
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP IMand MM configuration with a strong understanding of plan to fulfill processes.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules and integration points.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong WM/EWM knowledge & configuration skills
  • Ideally performed an End to End WM/EWM implementation by configuration of inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes (Receiving, Putaway, Pick/Pack, Staging and Shipping)
  • Experience in IM/WM/EWM DevOps support activities to cover Support tickets and Small enhancements are a Plus
  • Integration knowledge to embedded SAP solutions and external applications
  • Strong communications skills for gathering Business requirements and being the Single point of contact for all IM/WH related topics in US region

Preferred
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their integration with SAP.
  • Certification in SAP methodologies.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $89,000 -$134,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
