We are seeking a bilingual Spanish/English SAP Inventory Management professional to support inventory and manufacturing operations.

The Opportunity

This role focuses on hands-on SAP IM processes, user assistance, functional troubleshooting, and training within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support SAP Inventory Management transactions and operational processes.
  • Assist users with inventory-related SAP activities and issues.
  • Provide training and support to Spanish-speaking personnel.
  • Troubleshoot inventory-related functional issues.
  • Support process integration with materials, production, and warehouse operations.
  • Assist with basic EDI and IDoc-related monitoring.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of SAP functional experience or extensive hands-on SAP IM business-user experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Inventory Management transactions and processes.
  • Experience supporting inventory or manufacturing operations.
  • Fluent Spanish and English.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to train operational users.
  • Availability for on-site work in Chelmsford.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP EDI and IDoc transaction flows.
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to SAP MM, PP, or WM.
  • SAP S/4HANA experience.
  • Relevant SAP certification.
