As an HR Talent Partner Consultant, you will provide essential support to the HR team and play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives within the organization. Working closely with senior HR professionals, you will assist in delivering a broad range of HR projects and partnering with various business units to support their human resources needs. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop HR expertise and project management while contributing to the overall success of the organization.

You have

  • Support and partner with Senior HR Talent Partner(s) in delivering comprehensive HR services, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and training and development.

  • Lead and operationalize core HR processes (performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, onboarding), ensuring a high-quality, consistent experience across the organization.

  • Drive colleague engagement survey strategy and follow-through, leveraging data and AI-enabled tools to identify themes, synthesize insights, and equip leaders with actionable recommendations.

  • Assist in preparing data and facilitation techniques to develop insights into progress against key initiatives and change management.

  • Assist in implementing and executing key HR processes (performance management, compensation planning, onboarding, talent management) to deliver talent management outcomes.

  • Own and maintain governance of job description and role architecture frameworks, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment across hiring managers and recruiting processes.

  • Partner with Guardian's immigration function and external counsel (BAL) to support and relationship-manage visa cases, acting as a key liaison across colleagues, managers, and legal partners.

  • Lead or partner with COEs or Talent Partners on communications, lunch and learns or other change management initiatives.

  • Translate data into insights, developing executive-ready materials (e.g., briefs, presentations, talking points) to inform decision-making and track progress against key initiatives.

  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D) to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions aligned to business priorities.

  • Champion company purpose and values with colleagues and leaders.

You have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Previous experience (3+years) in HR or a related role preferred.

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong assessment and analytical skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

  • Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (ideally Workday) is a plus.

  • Hybrid: 3 days a week in office - NYC, Hudson Yards; Bethlehem PA; Holmdel, NJ or Stamford CT. 2 days WFH

Salary Range:

$82,770.00 - $135,975.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
