Job description

Major/Essential Functions
Interns will support a variety of operational areas. Responsibilities may include:
  • Assist with basic maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance) under supervision
  • Support preventative maintenance activities such as inspections, cleaning, filter changes, and basic system upkeep
  • Assist skilled trades staff by preparing tools, materials, and work areas for assigned tasks and projects
  • Observe and support troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair processes across systems and equipment
  • Assist with work order completion, including task support and basic documentation as directed
  • Participate in facility walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, or visible damage
  • Support warehouse and logistics operations, including organizing materials, assisting with deliveries, and moving furniture or equipment
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments across all assigned areas
  • Follow all safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment
