Job description

Why DataMap
DataMap implements and integrates the ERPs that run finance and procurement at some of the largest companies in the world, including Google: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Coupa on top of them. We are a Microsoft, Coupa, Boomi, SAP, and Oracle partner. Most of our work sits where business process meets system design.
We are a small team doing enterprise-scale work. Real responsibility comes early, and the people who trained you are still in the room. We are an AI-first company: analysts here work with AI in the loop on every project.
How we hire
Apply, and you'll get a nine-minute problem-solving assessment. That's the entire first round. Score well and you get an interview, every time. No resume black hole, no weeks of silence.
The role
ERP Analyst I is where our ERP track starts. You'll work alongside experienced consultants to configure, test, and support ERP solutions, getting hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Coupa. You'll learn finance, procurement, accounting, and supply chain processes on live client work, not in a sandbox.
The goal is a well-rounded ERP professional who can analyze a business process, configure the system to match it, and support large-scale implementations. Most people reach Analyst II within their first couple of years.
What you'll do
Recent graduates and early-career professionals
  • Help configure ERP systems (Coupa, D365 F&O, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) to client needs
  • Support data migration, system integrations, and functional testing
  • Document business requirements and system configurations
  • Work with senior consultants to improve finance, procurement, and accounting workflows
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues
  • Take part in client training and help end users find their way around
  • Keep clear records of configurations, updates, and practices
Candidates with 2+ years of ERP experience
  • Lead small ERP module implementations and configuration changes
  • Build reports and dashboards in Power BI or ERP analytics tools
  • Root-cause system issues and recommend process improvements
  • Work with IT teams on ERP security, compliance, and performance
  • Support enterprise-wide upgrades with minimal downtime and clean data
  • Train business users and internal teams
Where it leads
We promote from within, and quickly for people who earn it. ERP Analyst Is typically move toward:
  • ERP Analyst II - deeper work in automation, integration, and reporting
  • ERP Consultant - leading implementations, client workshops, and system optimizations
  • ERP Solutions Architect - designing large-scale ERP transformations
  • Director of ERP Strategy - owning enterprise ERP roadmaps and adoption
What we're looking for
Recent graduates and early-career professionals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in ERP systems, finance, supply chain, and how businesses actually run
  • Learns quickly and adapts at pace
  • Excel, SQL, or reporting tools (Power BI) a plus
Candidates with 2+ years of experience
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 F&O, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or a similar ERP
  • Solid understanding of procurement, accounting, and financial processes
  • Experience with ERP data migration, integrations, or reporting tools
  • Works with developers to define and test automation workflows
  • Communicates clearly with clients and documents processes well
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary and performance-based bonuses
  • Unlimited vacation and a flexible work environment
  • Free catered lunch at HQ
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Health insurance with a generous employer contribution
  • Hands-on mentorship and paid certifications
Apply
If you don't meet every requirement, apply anyway. We'd rather hear from people who are eager to learn.
