Job description

Onset is seeking an experienced SyteLine ERP Consultant to lead and support Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial - CSI) implementation, optimization, and business process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing both Manufacturing and Financial modules within SyteLine and will serve as a subject matter expert for stakeholders across operations, supply chain, finance, and executive leadership.
This role requires strong functional expertise in manufacturing planning, production control, financial management, and ERP implementation methodologies. The consultant will work closely with business users to gather requirements, configure solutions, support testing, train users, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of SyteLine across the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end Infor SyteLine ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through ERP optimization.
  • Configure and support SyteLine modules to align with manufacturing and financial business requirements.
  • Conduct business process workshops, fit-gap analysis sessions, and solution design reviews.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, inventory, finance, quality, and executive teams to implement best-practice workflows.
  • Support data migration, master data setup, validation, and system integration activities.
  • Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams on customizations, reports, and integrations.
  • Create training materials and provide end-user training and ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support ERP upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure system configurations align with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

Requirements
Required Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) implementations and support.
  • Experience participating in 2+ full lifecycle SyteLine ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • 5+ years of experience working with manufacturing business processes in a discrete manufacturing environment.
  • 5+ years of experience working with financial and accounting business processes within an ERP platform.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting SyteLine Manufacturing modules, including:
    • Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS)
    • Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
    • Bills of Materials (BOM)
    • Production Planning
    • Inventory Management
    • Quality Management / Quality Control
  • 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting SyteLine Financial modules, including:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Cost Accounting
    • Financial Reporting and Analysis
  • 5+ years of experience conducting business process analysis, requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, and solution design.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, and change management activities.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production scheduling, inventory control, and financial accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with executive leadership, finance teams, operations teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Infor CSI Cloud deployments.
  • Knowledge of Infor ION, Mongoose Framework, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with SQL, SSRS, Power BI, or ERP reporting solutions.
