Now Hiring: Intern Interior Designer

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX
Company: Mid-Sized Commercial Architectural Firm

We are seeking a talented, motivated Entry-Level Interior Designer to join our growing team. We are a mid-sized DFW-based commercial architectural firm specializing in Architecture, Interiors, and Planning. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or junior designer looking to gain hands-on experience across all phases of commercial projects.

Position Overview

The selected candidate will work closely with project teams and gain immediate, hands-on involvement from schematic design through construction documents. Responsibilities include supporting design development, coordinating with consultants, selecting finishes, and assisting with 3D renderings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in all phases of design: schematic design through construction documents
  • Support project teams with drawings, documentation, and coordination
  • Help select materials, finishes, and interior elements
  • Produce and refine 3D renderings and visual presentations
  • Coordinate with team members and external consultants

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Interior Design or related field (or near completion)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (required)
  • Familiarity with SketchUp, InDesign, and Photoshop (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
