What You Will Do in This Role:
- Gain Hands-On Experience: Work side-by-side with our seasoned technician mentors, gaining invaluable hands-on experience.
- Learn the Basics: Develop a foundational understanding of how diesel systems function, essential procedures, processes, and safety protocols.
- Dealer-Specific Training: Access exclusive dealer-specific training programs to elevate your skills.
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
We're looking for driven individuals who share our passion for excellence. The ideal candidate will:
- Get the Education: This internship is tailored for individuals currently enrolled in or aspiring to enter a diesel technician certificate or degree program.
- Exhibit Excellent Attendance and Punctuality: Show commitment both in the classroom and during the internship.

While previous mechanical experience is a plus, we value the following qualities:

Physical & Working Requirements
This role involves hands-on mechanical work in a shop environment. The employee must be able to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation. These functions may include:
- Safely and repeatedly lifting components weighing up to 115 pounds without assistance
- Safely lifting, carrying, and lowering components weighing up to 65 pounds without assistance
- Climbing on and off equipment and working at varying heights
- Standing, bending, and working in physically demanding positions for extended periods
- Safely operating tools and equipment
