What You'll Do

Provide top-notch service to our customers by assembling, repairing, and servicing bicycles and components, including brake bleeds.

Work efficiently and effectively to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Utilize your technical skills to diagnose bicycle service needs and accurately complete service tickets.

Operate our Microsoft-based point of sale system and software with ease.

Provide excellent customer service by handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, greeting and assisting customers in a timely, professional, and polite manner.

Assist with occasional housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized work environment.


Requirements

Mechanically inclined, with great attention to detail.

Customer oriented, positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to serve and help others.

Reliable, dependable, punctual, team player with great communication skills.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changes quickly.

Monday through Saturday work week, up to 32 hours, depending on season.

Must have at least 3 years bicycle shop experience.

Local event support as needed.

Must ride bikes!

Andy Jordan's Bicycle Warehouse was started by the late Andy Jordan, and his wife Susan, in 1974. The store is currently owned and operated by their son, Drew Jordan, and his team.
