Our North American Operations team manages a growing network of distribution centers and supply chain
capabilities that connect riders, retailers, and consumers with the products they love. As our business

About the Role
The ideal Distribution Manager has a track record of transforming distribution operations into a competitive
advantage. You know how to build high-performing teams, create a culture of accountability and engagement,
and turn complexity into seamless execution. As Pon.Bike continues its evolution into a blended B2B, B2C,
and e-commerce business, your leadership will play a critical role in ensuring riders, retailers, and customers
receive the products they need, when they need them. The success of some of the most iconic brands in cycling
will depend on your ability to elevate performance, inspire people, and create a distribution operation that's ready
for the future.
Your Part to Play
Operational Leadership
  • Oversee daily operations of the distribution center, including receiving, storage, inventory management,
  • order fulfillment, and dispatch.
  • Ensure optimal layout, workflow, and utilization of space, labor, and equipment.
  • Maintain service levels in line with company and customer expectations (on-time, in-full delivery).

Team Management
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 30-40 employees, including supervisors and warehouse operatives.
  • Set clear performance objectives, provide coaching and feedback, and foster a culture of safety, teamwork,
  • and accountability.
  • Partner with HR to manage recruitment, training, performance reviews, and employee relations within the DC.
  • Communicate business strategies and operational plans effectively across teams to build transparency and trust.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance management, quality, and continuous improvement within the
  • fulfillment center.

Continuous Improvement & Efficiency
  • Implement and monitor KPIs related to productivity, accuracy, safety, and cost efficiency.
  • Identify and execute process improvements through lean, 5S, Six Signa or other operational excellence
  • initiatives.
  • Collaborate with brand leaders and operations teams to enhance supply chain coordination and service
  • performance.

Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure all operations comply with company policies, health & safety standards, and legal regulations.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture and lead regular safety audits and training.
  • Oversee and approve maintenance of facilities, buildings, and grounds, including vendor management and service
  • scheduling.

Budget & Systems Management
  • Prepare and manage the DC budget (labor, equipment, utilities, supplies, etc.) and control expenditures against approved limits.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy and support reconciliation and cycle-count processes.
  • Utilize WMS/ERP systems effectively to manage stock and workflows; recommend and implement system
  • enhancements as needed.
  • Approve purchasing of operational supplies and materials in alignment with budgetary and compliance requirements.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor's Degree in the areas of Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Technology, Operations, or related business
  • 10-15 Years' experience managing teams/people
  • Ability to analyze a supply chain and find risks
  • Experience leading Sr. Managers and developing people
  • Ability/Experience to identify opportunities to improve
  • Excellent planning and project management skills
  • Proven knowledge of performance evaluation metrics
  • Computer skills in SAP or similar ERP program, and -Windows-Excel-Word
  • Demonstrated success innovating solutions to increase productivity and profitability
  • Must be organized with good follow up skills and an effective communicator both up and down the organization.
  • Knowledge of dangerous goods shipping regulations and all other Distribution / Operations regulations
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Environmental Factors to Note
  • Exposure to weather and temperatures can range from cold to hot in warehouse area.
  • Noise level can be moderate to high throughout the facility.

Salary Range
The expected annual base salary range for this position is $110,000-120,000. The final compensation package will be based on a variety of factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, and internal equity.
