COMPENSATION RANGE
Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00 / hour
Hours: Monday - Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
JOB SUMMARY
The Office Supervisor role for the Kent, WA location is responsible for performing all office functions associated with a Great Floors store facility. This includes supervision of other office support personnel including, but not limited to, an assistant office staff, builder support person and receptionist. The candidate must have above average computer, telephone and organizational skills.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Oversee all office administration functions for a retail facility, including reception, order confirmation, invoicing, daily deposits, labor billing, and payroll reporting. Provide administrative support to retail, builder, and commercial sales teams.
  • Participate in regular department leadership meetings to support operational alignment and performance goals.
  • Manage customer relations by ensuring clear communication, high-quality service, and timely resolution of customer needs and concerns; represent the company professionally within the community.
  • Attend and contribute to required training sessions, meetings, and company events to support ongoing development and organizational objectives.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
  • At least two years of previous experience in office management.
  • Working knowledge of mail processes such as postage machine, FedEx and UPS.
  • Proficient in computer systems and industry-specific software, including order processing, report generation, and completion of administrative tasks.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business operations, including product offerings and installation processes.
  • Strong administrative skills, including typing, data entry, and operation of standard office equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with customers and staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
