Responsibilities
• Collaborate with our seasoned sales and design team to develop innovative floor-covering solutions that meet client needs.
• Engage with clients to understand their vision and provide personalized recommendations that enhance their spaces.
• Assist in preparing design proposals and presentations that showcase our diverse range of products and services.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to strategic discussions that drive business growth.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product offerings to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Support the sales process by coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials that highlight our unique offerings and attract new clients.
Qualifications
Must be enrolled in the Wisconsin Youth Apprenticeship Program for High School Students.
• Experience in sales or interior design, with a passion for creating beautiful spaces.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment to achieve shared goals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
