Description
CPH is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Architectural / Interior Architecture Intern who is currently enrolled in an accredited architecture or interior architecture program. This entry‑level role is designed to provide hands‑on experience in the design and development of architectural and interior projects while supporting our professional team across concept, documentation, and presentation phases.
The ideal candidate is curious, eager to learn, and passionate about design, collaboration, and the built environment.
Duties Include
  • Assist with architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning
  • Support the preparation of design drawings, renderings, and presentation materials
  • Help develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and details under supervision
  • Prepare drawings, diagrams and graphic visuals for client presentations
  • Support project documentation, including redlines and simple construction details
  • Participate in design reviews, team meetings, and client presentations as appropriate
  • Call jurisdictions for permitting and other project related information gathering
  • Conduct basic site analysis, measurements, or field observations (when applicable)
  • Maintain organized digital files and drawing sets

Requirements

  • Ability to exercise critical thinking and sound independent judgment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Education & Experience

  • Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and/or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Prior internship, academic projects, or studio experience in interior design is a plus
