Job description

The Project Superintendent is responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality control, and enforcing safety standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of construction practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all day-to-day construction activities on assigned projects.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and workmanship.
