IBB Design Fine Furnishings, based in Frisco, Texas and five-time winner of "Best Furniture Store in the United States" is a full-service, award-winning showroom and design center known for high-quality furnishings and color-infused interiors. We are passionate about design and our clients’ happiness — and we are currently seeking a dynamic Sales-Driven Interior Design Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in retail or showroom sales, with the ability to connect authentically, build strong relationships, and close with confidence. While sales is the core of this role, a working knowledge of interior design and furnishings is essential to guide clients through their selections, educate them on product details, and create tailored solutions that elevate their homes.

We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, approachable, detail-oriented, and motivated by results — a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and has a true passion for helping clients bring their vision to life.

Qualifications and Requirements:

•        Strong sales background with proven ability to meet and exceed goals
