Environmental Interior Designers frequently work in close partnership with architects and sustainability consultants to integrate eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient systems, and sustainable design principles into interior spaces. This collaboration often involves regular meetings to align on project goals, reviewing building plans for optimal use of natural light, ventilation, and material sourcing, and ensuring compliance with green building standards such as LEED. What kind of environment do interior designers work in?
