Home Health Aide (HHA)

Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our growing team in Portsmouth, NH. In this rewarding role, you will provide essential in-home care and support to patients, helping them maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence in the place they call home.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to promote patient well-being
  • Monitor patient condition and report changes or concerns to nursing staff or supervisors
  • Assist with medication reminders and basic household tasks as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with healthcare team members and family caregivers
  • Follow individualized care plans and instructions carefully

Qualifications
