What you'll bring

  • 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility within intercompany, consolidation, or multinational accounting environments.

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting practices within complex global and multi-currency organizations.

  • Demonstrated success leading intercompany accounting, eliminations, reconciliations, and close processes while driving accuracy and efficiency.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to evaluate complex financial information, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, build partnerships across global teams, and lead through change.

It's a bonus if you have

  • Experience with foreign currency accounting, including Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 830 remeasurement, translation, and cumulative translation adjustment (CTA) analysis.

  • Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms such as Oracle or SAP, intercompany reconciliation solutions such as BlackLine or Trintech, and data analytics tools such as Alteryx.

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and experience leading large-scale process improvement, automation, or transformation initiatives.
