Description:
Video Coordinator, Spark Driver Job Duties
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Video Coordinator to help maintain and manage the video creation process for Walmart's Last Mile Delivery function. As a collaborative resource within the Spark Driver team, this administrative role will support a variety of initiatives and workstreams focused on enhancing driver experience and engagement through the creation of tools and resources.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple video projects, engaging with business partners and external vendors.
Manages project lifecycle of video projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ensures each final deliverable meets the project objectives, is accurate, and is approved by all stakeholders.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as Legal, business and product subject matter experts, and internal Creative to coordinate tasks and ensure subject alignment.
Closely collaborates with Sr. Learning & Resources Manager
Collects metric data to gauge bandwidth and efficiencies within their team
Works with external agency partners from inception to completion to execute creative deliverables if needed.
Manages the video confluence page and provides updates in the WBR
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 2 years' experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or related field OR 4 years' experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or related field.
A keen eye for details, organization, and possess a solution-oriented mindset.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management experience; PMP a plus.
Combination of agency and/or corporate experience of at least 1 year.
