About the Team

As a Solution Architect, you will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted technical partner for enterprise customers. You’ll work at the intersection of AI, enterprise architecture, customer transformation, and delivery execution, helping customers adopt AI-powered solutions and transform how humans and autonomous agents collaborate.

You will partner with executives, architects, product teams, and engineers to design scalable enterprise architectures while driving successful customer outcomes.

Role Overview

Solution Architects are strategic advisors and Neuron7.ai platform guides for our enterprise customers. They combine deep expertise in architecture, AI systems, and enterprise integrations with the ability to engage at executive levels and define solution vision.

This role sits at the forefront of the Agentic Enterprise, enabling customers to rethink operations through intelligent automation and AI-driven workflows.

Primary Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture Leadership

  • Design and architect bespoke AI-powered solutions within complex enterprise environments using Neuron7.ai products
  • Lead architecture discussions across customer and internal technical teams
  • Define scalable architectures and ensure adherence to best practices

Business Transformation Through AI

  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes using technology—from strategy through production deployment and adoption
  • Architect solutions that enable autonomous AI agents within enterprise workflows
  • Guide customers on leveraging emerging technologies for measurable business outcomes

Customer Advisory & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for strategic enterprise accounts
  • Engage with executives and stakeholders to shape solution vision and implementation strategies
  • Translate business objectives into scalable technical architectures

Delivery & Program Leadership

  • Partner with project and engagement managers to drive successful implementations
  • Review implementation strategies, project plans, and delivery artifacts
  • Proactively identify risks and manage escalations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Delivery teams
  • Contribute to internal innovation initiatives and architectural best practices
  • Mentor teams and share knowledge across the organization

Essential Qualifications

Experience & Architecture Expertise

  • 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or technical leadership roles
  • Proven track record of delivering 0-to-1 capabilities using emerging technologies
  • Strong experience in architecting scalable enterprise solutions and complex integrations

AI & Business Process Transformation

  • Experience optimizing business processes through technology and AI
  • Ability to guide enterprise customers through adoption and deployment of emerging technologies
  • Understanding of AI systems, autonomous agents, enterprise workflows, and scalable architectures

Leadership & Communication

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and technical teams
  • Experience working independently and across distributed teams

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on Salesforce or ServiceNow platforms
  • Exposure to LLMs, Agentic AI, enterprise automation, or AI-enabled workflows
  • Experience working with enterprise SaaS products and global customers
