Role Purpose
The BMS Program Manager plays a critical role in enabling business execution through disciplined operating cadence, strong governance, and data-driven insights. This role supports enterprise and business unit leadership by ensuring effective Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Management Operating System (MOS) adherence, and robust New Product Introduction (NPI) governance. The role partners closely with Sales Operations, Product Management, Finance, and functional leaders to translate performance data into actionable insights that drive growth, margin expansion, and disciplined execution. The Program Manager is responsible for developing and delivering Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights to drive business performance and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Operating Cadence & MOS Enablement
  • Supports and enhances the operating cadence by preparing, coordinating, and continuously improving MBR and MOS routines, ensuring clarity, consistency, and action orientation.
  • Maintains MOS artifacts including KPI dashboards, Bowler scorecards, PSTs, and action trackers to ensure alignment from strategy to execution.
  • Facilitates pre-MBR reviews, driving issue clarity, root cause analysis, and follow-through on committed actions.

Sales Operations Enablement & Insights
  • Partners with Sales Operations to deliver actionable performance insights across bookings, funnel, backlog, revenue, and margin metrics.
  • Synthesizes complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives that enable informed decision-making.
  • Identifies trends, risks, and opportunities; proactively recommends actions to improve sales execution and forecast accuracy.

NPI Governance Leadership
  • Leads the NPI governance framework, ensuring disciplined progression through phase gates, transparent decision-making, and alignment to financial and strategic priorities.
  • Owns and maintains NPI cadence, including gate reviews, readiness assessments, KPI tracking, and executive materials.
  • Partners with Product Management, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to ensure accountability, risk mitigation, and on-time/on-budget delivery.

PMO Execution & Continuous Improvement
  • Acts as a key execution arm of the PMO, tracking strategic initiatives, milestones, interdependencies, and risks across portfolios.
  • Drives standardization of execution tools, templates, and processes to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
  • Supports continuous improvement of PMO processes, incorporating best practices and lessons learned.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3-7+ years of experience in PMO, Strategy, Operations, Finance, or Sales Operations roles.
  • Strong understanding of MOS, MBR cadence, KPI management, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience supporting or managing NPI / product lifecycle governance strongly preferred.
  • Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights and business actions.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools
  • Experience in data analytics and demonstrated proficiency in Power BI, data visualization, and cross-system data integration

SALARY RANGE: $100,000- $165,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
