In the role of Protective Intelligence Analyst working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be part of the North America Legal Team. You will support the physical security function by identifying, assessing, and monitoring threats to personnel, facilities, and operations. This role involves collecting and analyzing open-source and proprietary intelligence to proactively detect risks, support investigations, and inform protective strategies. The analyst works closely with security operations, executive protection, legal, and law enforcement partners to ensure a comprehensive threat management approach.
This position reports to the Manager Protective Intl & Event Security.
What You'll Be Brewing:
  • Monitor open-source intelligence (OSINT), social media, and internal data sources for indicators of threats to personnel, facilities, or events.
  • Analyze threat actors, tactics, and trends to produce actionable intelligence reports.
  • Maintain awareness of geopolitical, criminal, and extremist developments relevant to the organization's footprint.
  • Conduct threat assessments for high-risk individuals, locations, and events.
  • Develop and maintain intelligence products including threat matrices, risk profiles, and situational reports.
  • Present findings to security leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support physical security teams with intelligence-driven recommendations for mitigation strategies.
  • Provide intelligence support to executive protection and travel security teams.

Key Ingredients:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, Security Management or equivalent experience.
  • You have at least 3-5 years experience in protective intelligence position in law enforcement, military, or corporate security.
  • You are skilled in using open-source intelligence tools, social media monitoring platforms, and investigative techniques.
  • You have experience analyzing threat actors, tactics, and trends to produce intelligence reports.
  • you are able to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable intelligence.
  • You have experience creating threat matrices, risk profiles, and situational reports.
  • You are understanding of geopolitical, criminal, and extremist developments.
  • You are knowledgeable on privacy laws and ethical considerations in intelligence gathering.
  • Capable of handling sensitive information and working independently.
  • You provide intelligence-driven recommendations to physical security and executive protection teams.
  • Works effectively with legal, law enforcement, and executive protection partners.
