Successful candidates will assist an Intelligence Community (IC) customer in McLean, Virginia with subject matter expertise on SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and MASINT collection management. This position requires extensive experience in multidiscipline collection management and an in-depth understanding of policies and collection processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and MASINT collection management advice and expert knowledge of collection management for each discipline.
  • Produce collection postures and support collection caucuses with products and recommendations to enhance collection and collection priorities.
  • Assist in the production of collection emphasis messages and other collection products.
  • Support decision makers on collection management issues to include the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior IC members, policy makers, military decision makers, and members of Congress.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with counterparts throughout the IC.

Basic Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI with Poly.
  • Typically requires a BA degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and MASINT collection management and an in-depth understanding of the policies and collection processes.
  • Familiarity with the IC and its components, as well as its missions, disciplines, capabilities, and interrelationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with senior leaders from inside and outside the USG, and to coordinate, network, and communicate across the IC.
