  • Translate complex data into clear insights, analytical narratives, actionable recommendations, and innovative solutions
  • Collect, aggregate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from internal and external sources
  • Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions
  • Identify and interpret trends and patterns; prepare reports and data visualizations such as charts, dashboards, and heat maps
  • Produce KPI reports, identify operational improvement areas, and perform root cause analysis
  • Use analytics and metrics to improve processes and forecast costs, risks, and profits for new initiatives
  • Connect data components and address data gaps for visualizations
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders and recommend business strategies
  • Provide reporting solutions and respond to ad hoc report requests across business areas
  • Create report and analysis specifications based on business needs and available data
  • Assist with developing and enhancing practices, procedures, and instructions
  • Collaborate with team members, subject matter experts, leaders, and senior management on complex issues
  • Lead medium- to large-scale projects and initiatives
  • Mentor lower-level staff on analytical methods, result interpretation, business implications, and work-product quality
  • Manage a dashboard portfolio, monitor usage and performance, and recommend enhancements
  • Anticipate business needs and identify opportunities for analytics to improve decision-making and business performance
  • Connect analytical findings to business objectives and strategic priorities

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to synthesize complex data from multiple resources into meaningful insights, business narratives, and actionable recommendations
  • Subject matter expertise within a business area or specialization
  • Expert proficiency with business intelligence applications and/or cloud services
  • Expert knowledge of ERP, CRM, and/or database vendor reporting capabilities
  • Expert proficiency in statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis
  • Advanced proficiency with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python and R
  • Expert knowledge of reporting and dashboarding best practices, data research, and root cause analysis techniques
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence executive decision-makers
  • Expert knowledge of data integration, cleaning, and validation techniques
  • Advanced data, business, reporting, dashboarding, root cause analysis, and needs assessment research skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (desired qualification)
  • Experience analyzing trends from Bureau data such as Ignite or Ascend and digital customer experience data (desired)
  • Experience with Voice of The Member analysis (desired)
  • Monday–Friday availability, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
