Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Group Manager (Senior Vice President) About the Role We are looking for a seasoned, technically deep, and strategically minded leader to drive one of the most impactful analytics functions within our US Consumer Cards business. This role sits at the intersection of advanced data science, model governance, financial intelligence, and Generative AI - with end-to-end accountability across high-visibility initiatives that shape business strategy, regulatory standing, and customer outcomes at scale. You will lead a high-performing, multi-geography team, influence senior stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Technology, and deliver outcomes spanning revenue growth, expense savings, compliance transformation, and enterprise AI innovation.

What You'll Own 1. Existing Customer Analytics & Campaign Modeling Lead end-to-end modeling for existing customer strategies powering large-scale direct mail and digital campaigns - core growth levers embedded in the operating plan that translate analytical rigor into measurable business performance. 2.

Model Risk & Regulatory Compliance Own a firm-wide model risk remediation program covering a large portfolio of models. A board- and regulator-facing priority requiring continuous senior ownership, credit bureau attribute remediation, and full regulatory compliance. 3.
