Intel Global Partner Marketing, is looking for a customer-first candidate that has marketing and sales expertise as the WW Partner Marketing Lead for HPE. You are critical to achieve our growth targets and drive impact in the market. In this role, you will work alongside the Global Field Sales Account Teams, Business Groups, global and regional marketing, and sales counterparts that are at points of influence throughout the world. You will work directly with partners at HPE and build relationships, from mid-level to the most senior managers within their marketing and sales organizations. This role is responsible for driving strategic decisions that align HPE and Intel's global GTM strategies and regional execution engines that materially and measurably contribute to HPE's business growth across all segments.
In this customer-facing role that must be located in Santa Clara, CA or in Houston, TX, your leadership will be critical to champion the design, activation, iteration, and ongoing measurement of go-to-market strategies for key lines of business across consumer, commercial client and data center segments.
As a global leader, you will need to demonstrate:
  • Cross-functional team leadership and influence
  • Strong acumen of solutions and product offerings from the account across multiple segments or lines of business, as well as, Intel's products that support them
  • Excellent customer skills with the ability to engage internal and external partners, own senior relationships, guide a team to deliver on joint business priorities, programs and solutions and communicate actively across matrix organizations
  • Ability to define and drive short and long term strategic direction and translate into actionable initiatives that drive measurable results and a willingness to sometimes manage thru ambiguity
  • Desire and initiative to be curious, ability to be agile and respond to market conditions and evolve strategy if business dictates and role model a positive growth mindset
  • Proven track record of being data driven with the ability to take calculated risks
  • Experience with market insights, measuring business impact, understanding and responding to a competitive landscape and developing and driving a 4P business plan

Direct responsibilities include:
  • Drive a deep partnership with HPE account sales team to align marketing and sales investments towards driving accelerated consumption of Intel-based products.
  • Partner with the sales team to drive an integrated 4P GTM strategy that supports the account team revenue goals
  • Drive alignment across the sales and marketing teams at Intel and HPE for execution of investment in sales and marketing activities.
  • Work with the HPE global and regional marketing teams to develop a full-funnel marketing strategy across the entire investment portfolio, driving measurable impact for Intel within HPE campaigns.
  • Lead a team of marketers to build co-branded campaigns, custom product messaging integration, and competitive marketing content.
  • Connect HPE product portfolio and value propositions back into Intel direct campaigns and launch moments, where applicable.
  • Define metrics and KPIs to measure execution of go-to-market strategies, launch initiatives and events portfolio, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Manage global marketing budgets and activity approvals in the Co-Marketing tool.
  • Serve as a central point between the corporate and the field teams, ensuring alignment on business results and action plan. Manage the definition, development, and execution of the product strategies to strengthen BU partner alliances.
  • Exemplify Intel's core values, supporting the acceleration of sales or revenue as a value driver for Intel.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of leadership. The ability to work well with peers in other organizations and with management is essential. The candidate should be well organized, have experience in project and program management, and must be able to function well in a fluid environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 8+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in a fortune 50 Technology Company
  • 5+ years in a customer facing role in a Global Sales or Marketing organization
  • Must be located in Santa Clara, CA or Houston, TX and willing to travel 1-2x/quarter (as needed) and more as necessary.

Preferred Qualification:
  • Previous OEM or hardware experience
  • Experience in project and program management

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $175,620.00-247,930.00 USD
