Responsibilities- Lead high-end outdoor construction and landscape projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage.
- Manage project budgets, track profitability, and ensure projects meet established gross margin goals.
- Optimize scheduling, quality control, and material management to drive operational excellence.
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors, oversee contracts, and manage relationships to improve project outcomes.
- Develop, motivate, and guide project teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution.
