Responsibilities
  • Lead high-end outdoor construction and landscape projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage.
  • Manage project budgets, track profitability, and ensure projects meet established gross margin goals.
  • Optimize scheduling, quality control, and material management to drive operational excellence.
  • Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors, oversee contracts, and manage relationships to improve project outcomes.
