Registered Architectural Project Manager - Cleveland, OH - JOB 26-00301 Salary Range: $100,000 – $140,000 Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits Benefits: Comprehensive package (Health, Dental, Vision, Retirement) A premier Cleveland-based architectural firm to recruit a high-caliber Registered Architectural Project Manager. This is a full-time, permanent leadership role designed for an architect who excels at balancing design integrity with rigorous project management and client advocacy. Key Responsibilities Direct and inspire a project team of 1–5 staff members, ensuring internal and external consultant coordination.

Manage contracts, scope delivery, project finances, and complex schedules to ensure profitability and excellence. Provide senior-level design leadership and oversee the production of comprehensive project documentation. Author winning project proposals and actively engage in industry events to build professional networks.

Serve as the primary point of contact, managing daily communications and cultivating long-term client relationships. Monitor the productivity of junior staff, providing active mentorship to foster professional growth. Qualifications & Requirements Must be a Registered Architect (RA).

Minimum of 5 years of direct, hands-on Architectural Project Management experience. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to manage technical documentation. Active involvement in professional organizations or local community initiatives.
