  • Own the full project lifecycle-from initiation through closeout-ensuring execution excellence, risk and issue mitigation, effective change management, and clear synergy realization.

  • Partner closely with M&A, Operations, IT, Legal, Finance, Underwriting, Claims, Marketing, People & Culture, and Compliance teams to identify gaps, risks, and required system and process changes.
  • Standardize and continuously improve integration playbooks, templates, and best practices to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

New Program & Team Onboarding

  • Facilitate the design and implementation of the target operating model, including:
    • Finance & accounting
    • Carrier management
    • Underwriting
    • IT systems & data

    • Compliance & regulatory readiness
    • People & culture alignment

Risk Management, Communication & Reporting
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting scope, timeline, budget, or regulatory readiness.
  • Escalate risks and issues proactively with clear options and recommendations.
  • Lead regular cross-functional working session and executive updates.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide leadership with real-time insight into project health, risks, and progress.
  • Foster transparency, accountability, and alignment across all stakeholders.

PMO Maturity & Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute to the evolution of DOXA's I/PMO by refining frameworks, tools, governance, and delivery standards.
  • Improve execution speed while maintaining appropriate controls in a regulated environment.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of integration experience, insurance expertise, and strong execution leadership, including:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field (required).
  • 5+ years of experience leading Integration efforts in an M&A environment.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a growth or fast-paced organization.
  • 5+ years of insurance industry experience with a solid understanding of core insurance operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success driving cross-functional accountability without direct authority.
  • PMP certification (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency with cloud-based project management tools (Monday.com preferred).
  • Experience building executive-level dashboards and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
