Senior Project Manager - Grid Integration
The opportunity

As a Senior Project Manager - Grid Integration, based in Raleigh, NC, you will play a critical role in delivering complex, high-voltage substation and grid integration projects that enable the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy.

How you'll make an impact
  • Lead end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of grid integration and substation projects
  • Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables aligned with customer expectations
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and overall financial performance
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and energization activities
  • Monitor project performance using earned value management tools

Your background
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field

  • Proven execution experience with Tier-1 EPC contractors or owner-engineers
  • Strong capability in schedule control, cost management, and stakeholder alignment
