We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our Data Center Group in Mount Pleasant, WI. Mission critical, hyperscale, colo experience is strongly preferred for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead full integration strategy for Telecom, EPMS, BAS, and Security systems across data center projects
  • Define system architecture, integration frameworks, and platform alignment
  • Manage multi-vendor integration teams and system interfaces
  • Own integration schedules, budgets, risk management, and delivery
  • Lead FAT/SAT strategy, commissioning integration, and IST coordination
  • Interface directly with owners, operators, IT teams, and commissioning authorities
  • Define standards, integration governance, and technical protocols
  • Lead issue resolution for complex system conflicts and data flow challenges
  • Oversee cybersecurity coordination and network security alignment
  • Drive reliability, redundancy, and resiliency integration strategies
  • Lead turnover, documentation, and operational readiness
  • Support portfolio-level standardization and scalability
  • Mentor junior integration staff and build integration teams
  • Support preconstruction integration planning and vendor selection
  • Represent integration leadership in executive project meeting

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years experience in mission-critical systems integration, data centers, or critical infrastructure
  • Deep knowledge of Telecom, EPMS, BAS, and security system architectures
  • Strong understanding of OT/IT convergence in critical facilities
  • Proven leadership in multi-vendor, multi-system integration environments
  • Experience with hyperscale, colo, or enterprise data center delivery models
