  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic enterprise technology initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Manage the enterprise Technology Information Review (TIR) process, coordinating technology intake, architecture reviews, governance approvals, and project readiness activities.
  • Support Telecom Expense Management initiatives, including coordination with Network Services, interface development teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Partner with CIO, Enterprise Architects, Finance, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, Infrastructure, and Business leaders to define project strategy, governance, and execution plans.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, RAID logs, and executive dashboards using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent PM tools.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across enterprise applications, infrastructure, network services, cybersecurity, and managed service providers to deliver complex initiatives.
  • Manage project dependencies, critical path activities, risks, issues, and scope changes while driving timely resolution and executive decision-making.
  • Facilitate Steering Committee meetings, executive status reviews, governance checkpoints, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies while ensuring compliance with PMO governance, standards, and reporting requirements.
  • Lead change management, implementation planning, production readiness, operational transition, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
  • Oversee vendor coordination, contract deliverables, implementation milestones, and enterprise system integration efforts.
  • Build strong relationships with executive leadership and business stakeholders while providing strategic oversight and continuous delivery improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor''''''''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline; PMP certification preferred.
  • 12โ€“15+ years of Project/Program Management experience leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
  • Strong experience supporting Technology Information Review (TIR), enterprise governance, architecture review boards, or technology intake processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow PPM, or similar enterprise project management tools.
  • Proven experience managing large cross-functional programs involving Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Network Services, Cybersecurity, Finance, and third-party vendors.
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, budgeting, risk management, governance, and vendor management skills.
