Job description

What You Will Be Doing:
This position is for a F-22 Planning and Integration Project Manager capable of leading the F-22 air vehicle modification development process for assigned projects. The successful candidate will have experience in executing aircraft maintenance, installation, and modification tasks on F-22, F-35, or equivalent weapon systems. The candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating modification project development from proposal, through kit delivery, to closeout within the MUO organization. The candidate should provide full-spectrum stakeholder communication / collaboration to ensure mod artifacts are completed on time to support the mission requirements of our customer as aligned to the Depot Flow Plan (DFP).
The successful candidate must have the ability to address customer needs and respond to requests for proposals, including feasibility and performance studies, benchmarking, and capacity planning. Additionally, the candidate will ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance through project's lifecycle. Serves as project liaison to multiple internal and external stakeholders including program management, supply chain / kit management, engineering, mod execution personnel, depot facilities, mod finance, and the SPO/Customer.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with the use of, or creation of electronic planning solutions and data visualizations into the 5th generation modification development process. This experience will enable the candidate to effectively aid the development planning solutions for the F-22 programs.
