The Bizagi Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integrations between the Bizagi BPM platform and enterprise applications, databases, cloud services, and external systems. This role collaborates with business analysts, process architects, solution architects, and development teams to automate business processes and ensure seamless data exchange across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Development
  • Design and develop integrations between Bizagi and enterprise systems.
  • Configure and implement Bizagi connectors, web services, REST APIs, SOAP services, and middleware integrations.
  • Create reusable integration components and services to support process automation initiatives.

Process Automation Support
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and integration needs.
  • Configure Bizagi workflows, data models, and business rules related to system integrations.
  • Implement event-driven and real-time integration solutions.
  • Support end-to-end process automation projects throughout the software development lifecycle.

API & Data Management
  • Design, consume, and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs.
  • Develop data mapping and transformation logic between source and target systems.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integration points.
  • Troubleshoot data synchronization and interface issues.

Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Develop unit, integration, and system test plans.
  • Perform integration testing and validate data exchange between applications.
  • Resolve defects and optimize integration performance.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.

Support & Maintenance
  • Monitor integration performance and system health.
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents.
  • Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and support procedures.
  • Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and platform enhancement initiatives.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in application integration or software development
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Bizagi BPM / low-code platforms
  • Experience integrating enterprise systems via APIs/web services and working in Agile environments

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Bizagi Studio and Management Console
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SQL Server, and API security (OAuth, JWT)
  • Familiarity with Bizagi connectors and integration layer
  • Programming experience in C#, .NET (Core/Framework), and SQL

Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to API Management or Service Bus
  • Experience integrating with Salesforce, Workday, or ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and source control
  • Understanding of BPMN process modeling

The estimated salary range for this position is $ 100,000USD to $115,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
