  • Perform data discovery and analysis to clarify requirements and improve solution design
  • Collaborate with team members to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges and communicate with stakeholders
  • Support business users by understanding how data is accessed and used, and help improve overall data usability
  • Contribute to solutions that enable the business to leverage data and BI capabilities for competitive advantage

Learning & Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in data integration and engineering
  • Seek out opportunities to enhance skills through training, industry engagement, and hands-on experience
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and knowledge sharing within the team
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve data delivery efficiency

What You'll Bring to Baird:
  • 3-5 years of experience in data integration, data engineering, or business intelligence within a complex environment
