Zakres obowiązków:

  • Sprawowanie funkcji inspektora nadzoru w rozumieniu przepisów Prawa Budowlanego
  • Sprawowanie kontroli zgodności realizacji prac budowlanych z projektem, przepisami oraz zasadami wiedzy technicznej i zawartą umową
  • Sprawdzanie jakości wykonywanych robót
  • Sprawdzanie i odbiór robót budowlanych ulegających zakryciu lub zanikających
  • Uczestniczenie w odbiorach technicznych
  • Potwierdzanie faktycznie wykonanych robót oraz usunięcia wad, usterek
  • Weryfikacja kompletności i opiniowanie dokumentacji składanej przez Wykonawcę w aspekcie wymagań zawartych w kontrakcie
  • Reprezentowanie firmy wobec Klientów i instytucji
  • Uczestnictwo w przygotowywaniu ofert i utrzymywaniu kontaktów z klientami

 

Nasze wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne – budownictwo drogowe
  • Min. 5 lat doświadczenia zawodowego jako Inspektor Nadzoru
  • Uprawnienia budowlane do kierowania robotami budowlanymi bez ograniczeń w branży drogowej
  • Znajomość przepisów w zakresie: prawo budowlane, ochrony środowiska i przepisów BHP i p.poż, standardy i normy drogowe
  • Umiejętność czytania dokumentacji technicznej
  • Umiejętność pracy w grupie
  • Komunikatywna znajmość języka angielskiego
  • Mobilność – gotowość do pracy wyjazdowej na terenie Polski
