Job description

Job Description
  • Design and implement robust integration solutions that improve efficiency and streamline our business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including other software engineers, enterprise architects, business analysts, and project managers, to develop scalable and efficient integration architectures.
  • Lead and mentor junior level integration engineers. Design and develop scalable and efficient integration solutions that leverage modern integration techniques and tools such as APIs (Application Programming Interface), microservices, event-driven architectures, and data integration platforms.
  • Lead efforts to work with stakeholders to understand integration needs and translate requirements into technical designs.
  • Maintain system-to-system data synchronization, ensuring data accuracy and availability.
  • Develop processes/procedures/best practices for monitoring integrations and proactively troubleshoot errors, latency issues, and failed data transfers.
  • Lead efforts to develop integration best practices. Document integration architecture, data mappings, process flows, and deployment procedures.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant data exchange.
  • Lead efforts to configure and support middleware platforms, including performance tuning and error handling.
  • Lead efforts to develop common reusable integration framework and components to be shared with all other integration developers.
  • Extensive integration experience.
  • Lead/architect complex integration scenarios.
  • Cloud architecture/integration decisions and new technology setups
    • Azure and Oracle Cloud

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in an IT related discipline or related experience.
  • 5- 7 years programming/development experience.
  • Knowledge: Mastery of Oracle Integration Services, Azure Integration services or both. Mastery of API development, cloud platforms (Azure or Oracle Cloud) and cloud-native integration patterns. Solid understanding of networking and web concepts, authentication and security best practices. Proficiency with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
  • Skills: Proactive problem-solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills. Attention to detail with systematic and thorough documentation skills. Strong communication skills.
  • Abilities: Ability to work independently and collaboratively to analyze, define and create solutions. Technical, plus the ability to grasp abstract concepts. Ability to mentor junior level integration engineers.
