Job description

Senior Integrated Project Manager

Reports To: SVP, Project Management and Delivery

Location: New York, NY | Hybrid

Who we are

StrawberryFrog is a marketing and advertising agency that helps brands move with purpose, from where they are to where they want to go. Since our founding in 1999, we've grown to become the world's most admired purpose activation expert, providing clients with strategic and creative excellence that makes the world take notice.

StrawberryFrog has been recognized as one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies and won AdAge Small Agency of the Year, Purpose: Gold. We're known for our unique approach to branding and marketing strategy, with a philosophy we call "Movement Thinking." Instead of traditional advertising methods that focus purely on product attributes, we create social and cultural movements around brands, connecting them with broader human values, emotions, and community behaviors.

Every brand has a purpose. Not every brand has the guts to act on it. Our approach activates brand purpose on a deeper level, fostering loyalty and advocacy by aligning the brand's values with those of its customers. We don't just sell products or services, we instill a sense of purpose and belonging, mobilizing consumers and galvanizing employees.

Our innovative suite of services includes creative, production, AI production, and media advisory.

While we don't aim to be the biggest, we strive to be a jewel. We don't just move in any direction, we move with purpose.

Who you are

As the Integrated Project Manager at StrawberryFrog, you own delivery end to end. You bring the core discipline of project management, timelines, client status, budget tracking, resourcing, and pair it with real production fluency across video, social, digital work and AI production workflows. You'll manage the day to day workflow, turning creative concepts into executable plans.

You sit at the center of the work, but partner closely with Account Management (BLT) on scope and client communications, you interact with senior leadership (CCO, CSO, CEO) regularly, and manage outside vendor and freelance relationships that make our work possible. You are firm yet friendly, confident without ego, trusted to make the call and think on your feet.

Responsibilities End to End Delivery

Own the full arc of a project, from scope and kickoff through internal review, client approval, and final asset handoff. Set clear expectations for how agency and client workflows connect. Keep every workstream visible, sequenced, and moving, and know at any moment where a project stands against its timeline and its budget.

Production Planning and Execution

Build and manage integrated timelines across creative, video, social, digital, and AI production workflows. Communicate deliverable requirements and specs to creative and production teams at kickoff. Coordinate with production partners and media team as needed. Drive projects against tight timelines, and flag risks to the account team proactively.

Vendor and Freelance Management

Coordinate and manage outside vendors, freelancers, and partners across production, post production, and finishing. Hold partners to the timeline and the spec without damaging the relationship.

Budgets and Financial Management

Build budgets from the ground up and manage them closely. Own freelance and out of pocket tracking in partnership with Finance, including tracking burn and reconciliation of jobs. Understand how hours and out of pockets affect account health, and raise a flag early when the numbers start to move.

Scope and Statement of Work

Partner with Account Management, the Business Leadership Team, on scope writing. Define project scopes, contribute Statement of Work assumptions, build staff plans, estimate production budgets in partnership with Business Affairs, and produce the timelines that sit behind them. Track scope through the life of the engagement and identify when a change order conversation is needed.

Client Relations

Prepare for key client presentations, and contribute to status meetings. Interface with clients and partner vendors on timelines and deliverables as needed. Manage multiple clients or brands at once, including larger and more complex campaigns.

Team Coordination and Leadership Partnership

Serve as the liaison between business leadership, creative, production, media and account teams. Work alongside the CCO and creative leadership daily, translating creative ambition into what is buildable in the time and money available. Lead weekly internal team and status meetings, resource creative teams to scope, and align internal teams on deliverables.

Resource and Admin Management

Maintain the internal job tracker, including resource allocations. Coordinate monthly resource reconciliation and hours reports for clients as needed. Ensure accurate timesheets are maintained agency wide.

Quality Control and Workflow

Ensure creative and production work is delivered on time and to spec. Route work through internal review and approval steps. Support delivery across all mediums, including print, digital, social, broadcast, and AI generated content.

Problem Solving

Monitor risks and issues in real time and drive teams to solutions. Anticipate bottlenecks, vendor availability, asset turnaround, before they become client facing problems. Operate independently day to day, escalating only what genuinely needs it.

Qualifications
  • 6 to 7 years of experience in project management, production, or integrated delivery, ideally in a creative or advertising agency, a marketing organization, or a production house environment
  • Familiarity with video production, social media deliverables, and digital deliverables, including the specs, timelines, and turnarounds each one really requires
  • Demonstrated experience managing outside vendors and freelance partners
  • Either hands-on AI production experience or digital and content production experience; a genuine appetite for learning AI workflows matters either way
  • Solid financial acumen, with the ability to build a budget from scratch, track burn, and manage closely to itComfort interacting with senior leadership on a daily basis
  • Strong communication skills, able to work closely with creative directors and account leads
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple integrated timelines at once without heavy oversight
How you show up
  • A critical thinker and problem solver, oriented towards solutions
  • Very sharp, an eager learner who goes looking for things they don’t know yet
  • High in emotional intelligence, able to read the room, a client, and the creative team
  • Confident, likable, collaborative, someone people want on their project
  • Firm yet friendly, able to hold a line on timeline, scope, budget without burning the relationship
Perks
  • Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance
  • Hybrid Work
  • Wellness Reimbursement Program
  • Working from Home Allowance
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Fun Company Outings and Events

StrawberryFrog is not your typical marketing company. We're a pond of revolutionary thinkers, creative dynamos, and unorthodox problem solvers. We lead the march towards cultural movements that make brands matter, both inside and outside, in a fast paced, interconnected world. Our DNA is infused with innovation, curiosity, and an unwavering commitment to creating groundbreaking work.
