These positions usually require advanced degrees, extensive experience, and management responsibilities, with compensation influenced by the size and type of the organization.

What are Integrated Lab Providers?

Integrated Lab Providers are organizations or companies that offer a comprehensive range of laboratory testing and diagnostic services, often combining various specialties such as clinical, pathology, genetic, and research labs under one umbrella. They streamline the process for healthcare providers and patients by offering centralized access to multiple tests, faster results, and coordinated care. Integrated Lab Providers may also support electronic health records integration and data sharing, improving efficiency and quality in healthcare delivery.

What jobs in the US pay 300,000 a year?

In the healthcare and scientific sectors, senior roles such as chief medical officers, pharmaceutical executives, and specialized laboratory directors can earn $300,000 or more annually. These positions typically require advanced degrees, extensive experience, and leadership responsibilities, often involving management of complex lab operations or research teams.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Integrated Lab Provider, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Integrated Lab Provider, you need a comprehensive understanding of laboratory science, diagnostic procedures, and relevant healthcare regulations, typically supported by a degree in medical laboratory science or a related field. Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS), analytical instruments, and quality control protocols is essential. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and problem-solving skills help ensure collaboration with clinical teams and accurate reporting. These competencies are crucial for delivering reliable lab results, maintaining compliance, and supporting overall patient care outcomes.

What jobs pay $10,000 a month without a degree?

In the context of integrated lab providers or related fields, high-paying roles such as specialized technicians, lab managers, or sales professionals can reach or exceed $10,000 monthly with experience and industry knowledge. These positions often require technical skills, certifications, or on-the-job training rather than a formal degree, and may involve working in healthcare, biotech, or research environments.

What is the difference between Integrated Lab Providers vs Medical Laboratory Technicians?

AspectIntegrated Lab ProvidersMedical Laboratory Technicians
CredentialsVaries; often include certifications or degrees in medical laboratory scienceAssociate's degree in medical laboratory technology or related field
Work EnvironmentOperate in clinical labs, hospitals, or diagnostic centersWork in hospital labs, clinics, or diagnostic facilities
Employer & Industry UsageProviders offer comprehensive lab services to healthcare facilitiesPerform tests and analyze samples within healthcare settings

Integrated Lab Providers typically coordinate and manage multiple lab services across healthcare facilities, often employing or contracting Medical Laboratory Technicians who perform specific testing and analysis. While both roles work within clinical labs, Integrated Lab Providers oversee the entire testing process, whereas Medical Laboratory Technicians focus on executing tests and reporting results.

What jobs pay 2000 a day?

In the context of integrated lab providers, high-paying roles such as senior laboratory directors, clinical research managers, or specialized consultants can earn around $2,000 per day, especially with extensive experience, certifications, and in high-demand environments. These positions often require advanced degrees, industry expertise, and leadership skills, and may involve long hours or project-based work.

How do Integrated Lab Providers typically collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely test results?

Integrated Lab Providers work closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff to coordinate specimen collection, manage test orders, and communicate results efficiently. They often use electronic medical record systems to streamline the process and reduce the risk of errors. Regular communication with healthcare teams is essential to clarify test requirements and prioritize urgent cases. This collaborative approach ensures that patient care decisions are based on reliable and timely laboratory data.

Job description

PeopleTec is currently seeking an Avionics Cyber Test Engineer to support our Huntsville, AL location.

We are supporting the Test & Evaluation (T&E) of an aviation platform utilizing a deterministic Ethernet-based Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) Data Distribution System (DDS) architecture with secure, resilient, and real-time mission communications. We are seeking engineers who thrive in complex integration environments and are passionate about advancing cybersecurity testing and resiliency for airborne platforms and mission systems.

As Cybersecurity Engineer, you will support cybersecurity verification, validation, and certification activities for TSN-enabled aviation platform networks and DDS architectures. You will perform cybersecurity testing within integrated lab environments using lab-grade hardware and representative avionics systems to evaluate cyber resiliency, network security, and deterministic communications performance. You will work closely with systems engineering, avionics integration and network architecture to assess vulnerabilities, validate mitigations, and support platform cybersecurity certification efforts during the development of the architecture from the Systems Integrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct offensive cybersecurity testing against Ethernet-based TSN and DDS architectures.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, protocol fuzzing, and adversarial testing of integrated avionics network systems.
  • Support cybersecurity integration and validation activities within a System Integration Lab (SIL) utilizing lab-grade hardware and representative avionics components.
  • Evaluate network resiliency under degraded, malicious, and abnormal traffic conditions.
  • Analyze TSN synchronization, traffic scheduling, latency, and deterministic network behavior under adversarial conditions.
  • Support transition from SIL-based testing to platform-level integration and System Test Integration Lab (STIL) activities.
  • Develop cyber test procedures, technical reports, risk assessments, and certification artifacts.
  • Develop custom scripts and tooling to automate cybersecurity test activities and traffic analysis.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in offensive cybersecurity engineering, network penetration testing, embedded systems testing, or cyber resiliency assessment.
  • Experience with Ethernet networking, packet analysis, and cybersecurity test methodologies utilizing Wireshark, Scapy, Zeek, Kali Linux, Ghidra, or protocol fuzzing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with avionics data distribution systems and airborne network architectures utilizing bus protocols such as CAN Bus, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, ARINC 664 Part 7 (AFDX), and Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN).
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity testing, integration, or resiliency assessments on avionics or mission platform environments is highly desired.
  • Experience with scripting and development languages such as Python, C, or C++.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create detailed technical reports and briefings.
  • Must be willing to travel to various technical events and conferences as needed (estimated 10% per year).
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.

Desired Skills:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity engineering, avionics integration, platform test and evaluation, or offensive cyber testing within defense or aerospace environments.
  • Experience performing vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, protocol analysis, or cyber resiliency testing against embedded or integrated platform systems.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and provide cybersecurity insights to cross-functional teams.
