Job description

Position Description:

An Energy Manager will be an integral team member in the continued growth of the E3M Solutions Energy team on turn-key projects, energy assessments, commissioning, and pro-active energy management agreements. This role is estimated to be a combination of in office and field work with an annual average approaching an 80/20 split.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Complete and provide peer review of:

    • Energy Models & Savings Calculations

    • Site Visits, Assessments & Reports

    • Air Audits

  • Project Management of energy-related projects and management strategies

  • Client communication via phone, email and written reports

  • Provide understanding and direction on a wide variety of solutions (as dictated by clients)

    • Mechanical & Electrical Systems

    • Lighting & Lighting Controls

    • DDC Controls Systems & VFD/VSD's

    • Compressed Air Systems

    • Process Related Systems

    • Alternative Energy Systems

  • Assist in maintaining of standards & tools for energy solutions

  • Participate in conceptual development meetings with E3M team, clients, or contractors.

  • Perform other tasks and items necessary in a small business
