The Opportunity

The BIM Project Manager leads the planning, coordination, and execution of Building Information Modeling activities across projects. This role ensures models are accurate, organized, and aligned with project goals while guiding teams in applying BIM processes effectively.

What you will do?

  • Oversee the creation, management, and coordination of 3D models throughout all project phases.
  • Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, workflows, standards, and project requirements.
  • Review models for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project specifications and company standards.
  • Coordinate with designers, engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve clashes and design issues.
  • Lead model coordination meetings and track action items, updates, and model progress.
  • Ensure proper model versioning, file management, and documentation control.
  • Support training, mentoring, and guidance for team members using BIM tools and processes.
  • Work with technology teams to improve modeling tools, templates, and digital workflows.
  • Prepare reports, visualizations, and extracts to support design reviews, estimating, scheduling, and field activities.
  • Communicate modeling expectations and deliverables to internal teams and external partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of BIM standards, coordination processes, and construction documentation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in model clash detection, design coordination, and project collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to manage schedules, priorities, and multiple project assignments.
