Dental Patient Coordinator (Front Desk)

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring an excellent patient experience

Schedule dental appointments, manage provider calendars, and coordinate treatment plans

Handle patient intake, insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and billing inquiries

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and dental regulations

Oversee daily front-office operations to ensure smooth clinic workflow

Coordinate communication between dentists, hygienists, assistants, and patients

Manage staff schedules, onboarding, and administrative support functions

Address patient questions, concerns, and follow-ups professionally and promptly

Monitor office supplies, dental inventory, and vendor coordination

Support financial processes including treatment estimates, payments, and reports

Skills & Qualifications (optional):
