Role Summary

Our team is looking for a dependable, friendly, and patient professional who is naturally driven to help others. In this role, you will utilize your superb verbal and written communication skills to handle administrative tasks while maintaining the high level of confidentiality and emotional awareness our office requires for sensitive situations. We are seeking someone who truly enjoys working with people and is eager to use their detail-oriented nature to help us foster growth within the company. Intake Coordinator Responsibilities:
Front Office:

  • Greeting and assisting patients in a professional manner
  • Maintaining supplies and basic organization of the office
  • Keeping our office common areas neat and tidy
  • Answering busy phones and monitoring the admin email account
  • Scheduling in our EHR for 20+ clinicians
  • Collecting co-pays and updated insurance information
  • Responding to facility requests/concerns from staff. Advance other facility issues to building management
  • Answering phones, routing calls and taking messages in a timely, consistent, and proficient manner
