Job description

Summary:The QTI Group is partnering with a client that provides essential community assistance programs throughout Wisconsin and is hiring Front Desk/Intake Specialists across multiple office locations. In this role, you'll help individuals and families access important services by accurately processing information, assisting with applications, and providing outstanding customer support.
These are long-term, temp-to-hire opportunities with the potential for permanent employment after approximately one year based on performance.
If you have at least three years of office experience, enjoy helping others, and thrive in a detail-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Schedule & Training:Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour unpaid lunch.
Tuesdays and Wednesdays are typically scheduled until 6:00 PM.
Extended hours may be temporarily reduced during portions of the summer.
Training is generally conducted at the office nearest your assigned location.
Some employees may train at a nearby office for up to two weeks, with travel expenses reimbursed.
Starting Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Available Worksite Locations:Elkhorn, WI
Waukesha, WI
Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls, coordinate appointments, and address general inquiries.
Assist applicants with completing paperwork either in-office or in-person.
Provide information to clients and vendors regarding program processes.
Review submitted applications to confirm accuracy and completeness.
Follow up with applicants, communicate with vendors, and handle ongoing correspondence.
Qualifications:3+ years of office experience required.
Ability to consistently maintain strict confidentiality.
Proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills along with solid interpersonal abilities.
